Volunteerism is at the very heart of United Way Alliance.  Volunteers are engaged in creating a shared vision of improving lives and making a difference right here in the Mid-Ohio Valley.  United Way was founded by volunteers...sustained by volunteers...and we will continue to seize the power of volunteers in making long-term change in community conditions.

 Many of our agencies need volunteers to help with anything from office work to actual physical labor.  Or perhaps you have skills in writing, in design, in working with others -- whatever your skills and abilities, we certainly appreciate your time. 

 The 40 agencies that UWAMOV supports can use your help, in accomplishing daily tasks and fulfilling their missions. You can provide a great help just by assisting in picking up

                                     donations and doing other simple tasks.
