Finding Help

Emergency Food and Shelter National Board Program

Congress appropriates funds to supplement and expand emergency food and shelter programs.  Wood county is awarded funds based on the total number of unemployed in our jurisdiction.  These funds are distributed by a local Emergency Food and Shelter Board.

If you need help, and cannot find help from this site, please feel free to email us or call 304-580-0570.  We do our best to direct individuals and families to a large network of programs and services provided by many agencies in the Mid-Ohio Valley.  In most cases, there is help out there!!
